Wife, Mom, Engineer, Traveler, Baker…

After building a great career and network in industry and then becoming a mom, I took a leap! I am a data-driven engineer with a passion for making a positive impact on the world and a creative mindset for operational improvements.

I recently launched C. Warren Business Solutions, providing services to businesses looking to leverage modern workplace tools to improve efficiency. Here, I can use my skills in project management, process improvement, and business applications to build forms, applications, dashboards, templates and workflows that simplify day-to-day tasks.

Looking Back

Prior to launching my solutions firm, I spent over 5 years at Polaris, Inc., leading continuous improvement projects across vehicles and engineering processes. Additionally, I managed a team focused on driving improved collaboration across the Engineering Operations organization. I was a leader for Polaris’ internal women’s resource group, as well as board member for the Alabama chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WiM). In these roles, I focused on the development and networking of women throughout my organization and community.

Before Polaris, I worked as an Industrial Engineer for a tier one automotive supplier, working with the manufacturing teams at multiple sites to improve material flow and production efficiency. I have also had many incredible opportunities to work on projects for manufacturing companies, such as Whirlpool and Stryker, as well as financial, municipal, and nonprofit organizations. This wide array of industries, functions and projects has led me down a path of efficiency and productivity across all areas of business.

I received my bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management Technology and master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University (WMU). I also have an associate degree in Engineering Graphics Technology from St. Clair County Community College.
